Mr. Speaker, this update to the regulations and the law allows exemptions for small businesses, seasonal businesses and people who would be overburdened with that kind of bureaucracy, while at the same time maintaining the requirements for large suppliers of electricity and gas, etc. I think the bill strikes the right balance, and I hope the members opposite will support it.
