Madam Speaker, that is my hope. My hope is that it would, in fact, benefit small businesses and consumers. However, that does not negate the questions that I had in my speech, and that it would not also negatively impact them with unintended consequences. I think that it is incumbent upon the committee members, when it comes before them, to take a look at each and every piece to make sure we find the balance necessary so that businesses can get a move on.
