Mr. Speaker, I completely sympathize with parents who have gone through things like coercion, extortion, and online harms and scams. We are seeing this happen and it is escalating. It is something that needs to be discussed at committee. We need to find a way to protect not only our children but families. As technology is growing, we need to move in a way that looks at everything.
