Mr. Speaker, as the Minister of Public Safety has said, we are open to reform. We have made more reforms to the Criminal Code of Canada than any government has.
The act that the members were speaking of was last changed by the Conservative government, so it is not a Liberal act. In fact, it is a Conservative one.
