Mr. Speaker, I want to reflect on what the member said. That is the situation today. I am looking at how this evolved, and I recall how many municipalities, local governments, across Manitoba passed bylaws to stop having mega barns put in their communities, making life less livable and hurting local farmers. They were stopped by a draconian law from former NDP premier Gary Doer, who took away the right of local municipalities to ban these productions in their communities.
