Mr. Speaker, no. I disagree with the member, because all we need to do is look at what has been taking place in the last 18 months. In the last 18 months, we have seen investors from around the world looking at Canada as the right place to invest in. They can look at what took place in the city of Toronto when the Prime Minister hosted the world's investors and generated the possibility of just under half a trillion dollars' worth of potential investment.
It is unheard of in Canada for a prime minister to do what he has been able to accomplish, especially in the time frame of 18 months. That is the reality, so I disagree wholeheartedly with what the member is suggesting.
