How much time do I have, Mr. Speaker?
I just read some comments on my social media, and everybody said that David was very polite. He was a good worker. He was respectful of everyone. He was the one who always took the time to give us a hug, me and his mother. He was a guy who was always taking care of his sisters. He was kind of a brilliant man. He had a great future until he met this bad friend. This bad friend just changed him, not his heart, because he was always that kind of guy, a polite, respectful hugger, but his mind was obsessed by drugs, and that changed him.
I want the House to know that just a few years before, we had been talking about this. He had a great period of time. He had two children. We were talking about how we could help others who were facing his problem. We were supposed to do it together. We were supposed to do some speeches, some keynotes, together to help other children at a young age not to follow this road. I will do it alone, or not really alone but with my wife and my daughters, in his memory and to help others to not use those substances, which can really break the lives of a lot of people.
