Mr. Speaker, in the previous question, the member opposite lamented the fact that process holds up these bills. I wonder if my colleague, whose speech was excellent, could speak about the importance of process in making sure Canadians are able to comprehend what their government is doing so that they can have confidence that it is working for them.
