Mr. Speaker, I have the honour to present, in both official languages, reports of the Canadian branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association for the following three activities.
The first is the 74th Westminster Seminar on Effective Parliaments, held in London, United Kingdom, from March 9 to March 13, 2026.
The second is the Joint Public Accounts Committee of Belize capacity-building workshop, held in Belmopan, Belize, from July 27 to July 29, 2026.
The third is the report on the bilateral visit to Mozambique and Botswana, held in Maputo, Mozambique, and Gaborone, Botswana, from March 15 to 21.
The delegation would like to express its deepest appreciation to the folks at Global Affairs Canada and the Canadian mission staff in Mozambique and Botswana for their support and for the outstanding hospitality they provided throughout the visit. The delegation would also like to extend a special thanks to His Excellency Anderson Blanc, High Commissioner of Canada in Mozambique, and His Excellency Adler Aristilde, High Commissioner of Canada in Botswana. Their knowledge, advice and dedication were instrumental to the success of the mission.
