Mr. Speaker, I have a quick question for my colleague. I thank her for her interesting speech. She drew a connection to Bill C-5, which, I repeat, was a massive bill that repealed other democratically enacted laws. Bill C-39 is also a bill that repeals a whole host of laws.
What message does that send about democracy?
