Mr. Speaker, I remember Bill C-5 because it was one of the first bills I voted on. I was happy to support anything that would bring infrastructure to our country and infrastructure to create a more sovereign country. I think because of the criticism that the government has had for not creating any projects with Bill C-5, even though it was rushed through so fast, the Liberals made an announcement last week. Is it actually going to happen? Is that project going to come through? I doubt it.
