Mr. Speaker, as mentioned before, we are open to reforms and are currently undergoing a review process. However, I must remind everyone that this is a Conservative act that we are undertaking a process to improve. Our government, for the last 18 months, has been reforming the Criminal Code of Canada to modernize it and to make sure that criminals stay behind bars.
