Mr. Speaker, in these difficult, unprecedented times, Canadians' creativity and genius must not be held in check by red tape. Our government was supposed to make that happen, and it did. Earlier this year, we modernized the clinical trials framework, attracted $3.3 billion in investments in the process, and saved the pharmaceutical industry $16 million. That is what we were supposed to do.
I have a question for the Minister of Health. What other measures is the government taking to unleash Canadian creativity?
