Mr. Speaker, the Prime Minister has been in power for 18 months and yesterday, he said he just got here. For the first time, I heard his parliamentary secretary say we are in an affordability crisis.
Every time we talk about these programs, they are band-aids. We need solutions. The Conservatives have put forward a list of things that would make a difference to Canadians, not just a cheque in the mail that is a band-aid.
