Madam Speaker, I want to thank the member for her wonderful speech and for her good work with seniors.
Seniors on fixed incomes cannot negotiate a raise when groceries and heating go up. Many seniors spent their lives saving responsibly, only to watch inflation take away those savings. Does the member agree that the government's deficit spending negatively impacts a senior's retirement?
