Mr. Speaker, protecting Canada's democracy is our collective responsibility in this House. I can assure the member opposite that we have a system that is working. We have a commissioner who is engaged and who is working to ensure that those who are required to register will register. If people do not comply, we have laws in place to hold them accountable.
