Mr. Speaker, a taxpayer gets up in the morning, goes to work, pays taxes, pays the mortgage and pays insurance, and then gets a lecture from Ottawa as to how grateful they should be when they get a rebate cheque. Have we completely lost the plot? Is this how we show respect to our taxpayers?
