Mr. Speaker, again, the Liberals are all talk and no results. They have had two and a half years to get the registry up and running, and there is a pathetic 1% compliance rate. Canadians deserve to know who is influencing elected officials and other public office-holders on behalf of foreign governments. Compliance is not optional. It is the law.
