Mr. Speaker, when I went door-knocking this summer, everyone I talked to told me how much confidence they have in the Prime Minister and how much they appreciate our stance vis-à-vis the United States.
My colleague says that we have not explained things, but I think everything is clear. We need to protect our sovereignty. Just today, we announced $2 billion for energy efficiency and to help households and young people save money. That $2 billion will generate $1 billion in savings every year. Does my colleague think that is a good investment?
