Madam Speaker, the whole principle of this bill is based on a forum for collaboration with the various provinces. I would like to specify that Quebec has a great deal of expertise in this area. Some researchers from UQAM are asking to be included in a round table to get everyone on the same footing when it comes to prevention and taking action on hydrological conditions. That will help to protect not only Quebec but all communities in Canada.
