Madam Speaker, Bill C-31 is a massive bill of 352 pages that buries major policy changes behind hundreds of pages. Does the member still stand by the Liberal promise in 2015, which he was here for, to end the use of massive bills that prevent Parliament from proper review and debate, or is this just another political flip-flop that he expects Canadians to believe?
