Speaking of borders, Bill C-31 could have included tools and additional resources for the Canada Border Services Agency to better equip border communities to clear small containers through customs or to manage people's personal belongings more adequately and efficiently.
Could he tell us what he would have liked to see in Bill C-31 regarding this issue?
