Mr. Speaker, my colleague did talk about the west coast opportunity that we have on our horizon to get our oil to our allies very quickly and to customers around the world that are demanding Canadian resources. I would like him to explain the pipeline that was already planned and approved, to get to the pipeline, and what held that pipeline up from getting approval and actually getting built and in the ground.
