Mr. Speaker, we are debating the budget implementation act, volume 2, and the government brought in $130 billion more in tax revenue in 2025 than it did in 2020. What have Canadians gotten for that money? It has basically been higher inflation and higher food costs, and affordability is the worst it has ever been.
I wonder if my colleague can explain to the government what happens when the people of Canada are overtaxed and the government disrespects Canadian taxpayers' dollars.
