Mr. Speaker, I rise today to present a petition on behalf of 38 residents of Kamloops. The petitioners are Canadians who are concerned about the changing climate and the results of the droughts, wildfires and floods caused by a warming planet. They call on the Government of Canada, for the love of our children and grandchildren, to honour and ensure Canada's 2030 and 2035 emissions targets and to strengthen the policies that make them achievable.
