Mr. Speaker, I agree with my colleague that it is rather odd that we are talking about the budget implementation act of 2025 almost a year to the day when the budget will be delivered, which is on Thursday.
I want to go back to his comments about the growing debt and it being the fastest-growing line item of the government, and that by 2031, it will be over almost 14¢ on every dollar, and the impact that will have on Canadian families.
