Mr. Speaker, I heard my colleague say that, when it comes to mental illness, moving forward while the health care system is not equipped to treat people would be catastrophic. However, I did not hear my colleague call for a 35% increase in health transfers, as the Bloc Québécois has done. Not wanting people to face discrimination indefinitely because they have been resistant to treatment for decades, and wanting to wait until our system is effective, while also not transferring the funds needed to make it so, seems rather illogical to me.
