Mr. Speaker, it has been constant industrial policy for decades now to support being able to have companies operating telecommunication and satellite services. The Harper government, the Trudeau government and this government have all supported Telesat. We believe that thousands of jobs in this country are linked to the company.
I would like to know what the Leader of the Opposition suggests. Is it more Telesat, or more of an American company?
