Mr. Speaker, the member for Edmonton Southeast mentioned in his great speech that the Canadian Medical Association estimates that some 20 million hours are spent on administrative work. I agree with the member that excessive administrative time is often wasted and should probably be spent in other ways. I am curious as to whether the member can comment on how many of those 20 million hours could potentially be reduced through Bill S-5.
