Mr. Speaker, I think we all know that sound travels more slowly than light, so sometimes it takes Ottawa longer to hear the needs of British Columbians. We are looking forward to seeing a time when those records are portable. I cannot say it more clearly than that. Let us get this right, though. Let us get it right, because it would save lives.
