Mr. Speaker, I would be happy to sit down with the opposition member, but what he said is not true.
We are actually under budget for this modernization of a 60-year-old system, migrating more than 7.5 million Canadians to this new system. Of course, as we see challenges with specific applications, where maybe information is incorrect or maybe there are paper applications, the department is working urgently on those cases.
