Mr. Speaker, on February 28, the United States and Israel launched illegal attacks against Iran.
Lloyd Axworthy, former foreign minister of this country, wrote in the Toronto Star that day, “Canada once rejected America's aggressive, unlawful foreign policy. Today [the Prime Minister] embraced it”. He went on to say, “Under the [United Nations] Charter, cross-border uses of force are prohibited except in two narrow cases”.
