When a consumer wants to make a purchase, they should be able to choose between two devices: the one that comes with the most warranties or the one whose replacement parts will be available for the longest time, the one that can be repaired for the longest time.
What he says is true, then, but it is not the extent of it. There are other provisions in the bill.
