Mr. Speaker, I know the Conservatives have brought this amendment to talk about the launching of these rockets from Nova Scotia and from Newfoundland and Labrador. My understanding is that those are the only two locations in Canada that would be acceptable for this purpose, and it is critical for our sovereignty.
I wonder if the member could talk about the importance of things that matter for Canadian sovereignty.
