Madam Speaker, the hon. member for Vaughan—Woodbridge is doing a fantastic job. I want to ask him how he would explain to the 22 seniors clubs in our jurisdiction that 8.3% of food bank clients are seniors and that number is growing. We hear those concerns every single time we attend seniors events. They are struggling with taxes, rent and buying groceries.
We know the affordability crisis is real in this country, and yet the Liberals claim they have solved the affordability crisis. How will the member explain to the seniors we represent in our community that the Liberals did not take them into consideration?
