Mr. Speaker, I am glad to hear the hon. member recognize the importance of affordability at this particular time with regard to this particular measure, but I would like to know more. How come the member has refused to support so many other affordability measures that have come before Parliament, where he had an opportunity to support them but he chose each time not to?
