Mr. Speaker, I have the honour to present, in both official languages, the fourth report of the Standing Committee on Finance, entitled “Recommendations of the Standing Committee on Finance for the 2026 budget”.
I would like to take a moment to thank all the Canadians and organizations that contributed to this report. We received over 1,350 submissions and saw over 90 witnesses. I would like to extend my gratitude to all committee members for the very hard work they did in putting this report together.
Pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee requests that the government table a comprehensive response to this report.
