Madam Speaker, Bill C-38 is all about giving a break on the issue of affordability to Canadians. This is something the government has recognized as very important. One of the aspects the government brought forward last year to help children was the national food program within our schools, helping 400,000 young people. I am glad the Conservative Party today is going to be supporting Bill C-38.
I am wondering if the member could provide her thoughts on whether she believes the Conservative Party should reverse its position and support Canada's national food program, which supports 400,000 children from coast to coast to coast.
