Declaration of Emergency committee  We freeze that area every year for Canada Day and special occasions, so it's not that it's not something that's done. Does the Ottawa police do that every time it's requested?

I think most of us have seen the letter that came from the mayor's office, which was later rescinded as a result of the convoy's refusal to follow it. Do you know if the police service or the RCMP was involved in that negotiation?
