The $100 million a year is Minister Oda's, and I wanted to know from the government where they're getting their numbers from. Because it was yesterday that the minister announced $100 million a year, not in Kandahar, as Mr. Dechert says.

So I just wanted to clear the record here, Chair, and I'm wondering if we can do that.
