I think it's a sort of reinforcement. I think we may disagree on some of the specifics, but a fundamental message that I think the two of us share is that there needs to be a transformation in approach. We need to stay, but not as we're currently staying, not as we're currently behaving. We need to really think about how we are functioning in Afghanistan. And if we change, it's not just in terms of resources but in how the resources are distributed and what we require of the Afghan government officials with whom we work. If we can turn some of those things around, then we can succeed. It is doable. Afghanistan was doable in a way that Iraq was never doable, and I think it was really ours to lose.
We're getting closer and closer to a tipping point, I agree, but I don't think we're necessarily there yet.
