She apparently said that the struggle against impunity at the national level has not advanced an inch. I therefore believe that we should call on the International Criminal Court to address its mandate and cases that the Security Council refers to it in a more vigorous and visible manner.
Can you explain why the Court is unable to proceed more quickly?
