I am obviously very aware of the late hour for our guests, but I just wondered about one thing. Mr. Chair, since we started the meeting late, is there a reason why we are ending it early?

There are several reasons. First of all, because there was only one person providing opening comments, that saved us some time. Second, we didn't have two different panels, so we were able to do three rounds, and that seemed to be sufficient. That's why.
