Mr. Chair, I will just add not that I'm condoning those actions but, in international law, the air defence identification zone doesn't represent an illegal act or an act of war. It's 12 nautical miles, which is a firm line. The air defence identification zone is there to alert other nations that, when they enter there, they're most likely going to be positively identified.
