I call this meeting back to order.

I would now like to welcome our witnesses for the second hour of this meeting. We have, from the Center for a Free Cuba, John Suarez, executive director, and from the Cuban Observatory of Human Rights, Mr. Cires, director of strategy.

Up to five minutes will be given for opening remarks, after which we'll proceed to rounds of questions from colleagues.
