Mr. Boonstra, I'll start with you because you mentioned this in your opening comments, and this is the only question I'll ask. You talked about the proposal that Germany and France put forward in the last few days coming out of the summit in Montenegro.
What's your assessment of that? Do you see it as a path that might make it easier to get into the EU membership, which we know, in many of these countries, has been a decade-long process? We're obviously not there yet. What is your quick assessment on that proposal?
