Thanks to the witnesses for appearing today before the committee.

We know the ambition of Kosovo to enter the EU and NATO is probably top of mind and a top policy when it comes to the government and the people of Kosovo.

I would like to start with one question and ask each one of you to answer. I'll give you the order to answer in. The question is this: What is the roadblock in Kosovo's way when it comes to fulfilling those ambitions?
