To show that the commissioner had views before doesn't mean that he has a closed mind and was unable to listen.That's quite a heavy accusation of a very well-respected person of your province. I know the man, and I'm sure he has an open mind. I know him. I argue with him on many issues and I know he may change his mind if compelling arguments are given to him.
