Personally I think there should be a mechanism. I'm not sure in terms of the process.... It says it has to be recorded. I'm not sure exactly what that encompasses, but I'm a big believer in transparency, as are the folks in the Leadnow community. I think it should be clear to folks outside of the parliamentary caucuses what the decision is that's been made and how the leader could be removed.
