If you were to go ahead with this motion, I think there would need to be a little bit more work to make it work here as intended. As I mentioned earlier, the new division 0.1 would not prohibit foreign entities from incurring expenses outside of the election and the pre-election period, but it would also need to fund them exclusively using funds of Canadian origin.
